Ayurvedic palm-based massage with the use of heated

joints. Special emphasis on key marma points of your

improve the flow of energy, the therapist will also place
hot stones in the hands and on the soles of the feet-a
revitalising sensation.

Celebrate the joys of well-being with this blissful beauty
treatment. Start with a sandalwood and turmeric scrub
used traditionally as a skin polisher. This scrub leaves the
skin refined and ready to absorb the nourishment from a
soothing tomato wrap. Tomatoes are also known to
reduce open pores and help the skin feel cleaner and
tighter. After the body treatment, our therapist will ease
out the tension in your body with the rhythmic Oberoi
massage. A fragrant milk and rose bath brings the body

Traditional Thai massage works on the theory of intrinsic
energy flow and energy balance to promote better health
and healing processes. This massage concentrates on
the careful application of pressure to distribute energy,
release blockages and stretch the muscles, leaving the
body relaxed, energetic and free from stiffness. A natural
fibre two-piece outfit is worn during this massage.
Spirit of Ayurveda

Inspired by the Ayurvedic principles of health and well
being, this session combines a series of traditional Indian
treatments starting with a stimulating Ayurvedic
massage that helps to invigorate and energise the
nervous system. This is followed Navara kizhi, a three
step body treatment using rice as the basic ingredient to
exfoliate, soften and refine the skin. The next session of
the therapy constitutes the Shirodhara treatment in
which a fine steady stream of warm oil is dripped onto
the forehead, to clear the mind and soothe the senses. A
calming bath ends the session.
